You do not need to be teaching already. You bring your experience using AI in your work. The Intensive gives you the credential, the curriculum, and a faculty of women shaping how their fields learn AI.
What Is the Certified AI Educator Intensive at CREATE?
The Certified AI Educator Intensive at CREATE is the Certified AI Educator credential, built around the conference for women on a mission. You have talks to give and people to educate and a business to launch.
- You meet your cohort at a virtual launch meeting on Friday, October 9, and begin your Context Kit and Voice DNA with like-minded partners.
- Office hours follow on Tuesday, October 13.
- On Friday, October 16, you spend the full day, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in person with faculty.
- Three CREATE sessions are required toward your credential.
- You start with our AI Foundations Deck and make it yours.
- You shape it to your industry, your ideal client profile, and the talk or workshop you plan to teach.
- You build your specialized speaker portfolio and your AI Education Business Plan.
- Then you spend the afternoon on demand generation with Anne, and write your 90-day plan to get booked, get paid, and keep getting asked back.
- The week after CREATE, October 26 to 28, you sit for a one-hour, one-on-one capstone with faculty and leave a Certified AI Educator.
- The graduation party is Friday, October 30.

Michelle Muncy-Silva is Executive Director of the She Leads AI Academy and co-faculty for the Certified AI Educator program. The founder of Data Parity AI, she is an AI educator and curriculum designer who helps educators and institutions use AI with clarity and ethics.
Michelle is host of the Empowered by AI podcast, where she spotlights women entrepreneurs and leaders in AI. Her work connects human-centered data practices with accessible AI education for non-technical leaders.
Across her work, Michelle helps learners develop confident, practical skills with emerging technologies, making AI easier to teach and use responsibly.
Pamela Oberg
Executive Director of Member Advancement · Faculty, Build, Launch, Scale Lab
Pamela Oberg is Executive Director of Member Advancement at She Leads AI and creator of the Founder’s Compass Methodology, the framework the Build, Launch, Scale Lab is built on. Pamela is the founder of SeaBlue Strategies, where she helps organizations and emerging entrepreneurs align people and process around a clear purpose, for growth that lasts. She brings more than 20 years of leadership, much of it in technology, with later work across the nonprofit and education sectors, to operational strategy and the thoughtful use of AI.
Anne Murphy

Anne Murphy is founder of She Leads AI, an AI Academy grounded in powerful community. A responsible AI practitioner and educator advancing women in AI, she has educated more than 4,000 professionals in responsible AI use.
Anne is co-author of the Framework for Responsible AI in Fundraising and co-host of The Daily AI Show. She is also co-founder of Moxxee, a donor engagement platform built by fundraisers for fundraisers.
In addition to her work in AI, Anne serves as CEO of Empowered Fundraiser Consulting, with 35 years of experience and more than $10 billion in fundraising campaigns across nonprofit and higher education.

How do I become a Certified AI Educator?
You become a Certified AI Educator through the She Leads AI certification program for women in AI who want to teach what they have learned and help others go further. At CREATE 2026, you earn it through the Certified AI Educator Intensive. You do not need to be teaching already.
Do I need to be teaching AI already?
No. You bring your experience using AI in your work and leadership. The Intensive gives you the credential, the curriculum, and a faculty of women shaping how their fields learn AI.
What does the Certified AI Educator credential certify?
The Certified AI Educator credential signifies that a graduate has completed the She Leads AI Academy certification program in AI education, covering pedagogy, curriculum design, applied AI use, ethics, and community-grounded teaching practice. The credential is conferred by She Leads AI.
What is the time commitment?
A virtual launch meeting on Friday, October 9, virtual office hours on Tuesday, October 13, the full day on Friday, October 16, three sessions during CREATE, and your one-hour capstone the week after. Your Context Kit and Voice DNA prework happens between the launch meeting and Friday.
Is my CREATE registration included?
Yes. The price includes all three days of CREATE 2026, the Friday Intensive, and the capstone.
What happens at the capstone?
You meet one on one with a faculty member for one hour, October 26 to 28. She reviews your deck, your specialized speaker portfolio, and your AI Education Business Plan, and awards the credential. The graduation party is Friday, October 30.
