01Module OneEducator Identity Shift and Personal Brand+

You already know AI. This is the shift from using it to being known as an AI educator — your positioning and the thing people remember you for. You sharpen it out loud with Anne and Michelle and leave with an educator identity that sounds like you.

02Module TwoBuilding Your Authority+

You handle the Certified AI Educator certification details and agreements and write your income resilience plan. You also map your next 90 days, so you leave with the credential terms settled and a concrete plan for the income behind it.

03Module ThreeThe She Leads AI Foundations Methodology+

Before you teach anyone, you write your personal AI policy. Then you learn to meet your participants where they are and get your introduction to the She Leads AI Foundations Deck you teach from.

04Module FourVisibility and Growth+

Once you can teach AI, people have to be able to find you. You finalize your professional portfolio and get cohort feedback on your positioning and your assets. You also leave with a demand generation and thought leadership plan for being seen online and in client conversations.

05Module FiveMonetize Your Expertise+

This is where teaching AI becomes income. You develop the lead magnets and landing pages that package your knowledge into offers and map a revenue pathway as a speaker or course creator. If you have the ick about sales, you get coaching across the full cycle, from finding clients to closing them.

06Module SixCapstone+

You finish with a strategic plan to book business — your roadmap to your first paid engagement as a Certified AI Educator. You present it to faculty and the cohort and leave with it sharpened.

Anne Murphy is founder of She Leads AI, an AI Academy grounded in powerful community. A responsible AI practitioner and educator advancing women in AI, she has educated more than 4,000 professionals in responsible AI use.

Anne is co-author of the Framework for Responsible AI in Fundraising and co-host of The Daily AI Show. She is also co-founder of Moxxee, a donor engagement platform built by fundraisers for fundraisers.

In addition to her work in AI, Anne serves as CEO of Empowered Fundraiser Consulting, with 33 years of experience and more than $10 billion in fundraising campaigns across nonprofit and higher education.

Michelle Muncy-Silva

Michelle Muncy-Silva is Executive Director of the She Leads AI Academy and co-faculty for the Certified AI Educator program. The founder of Data Parity AI, she is an AI educator and curriculum designer who helps educators and institutions use AI with clarity and ethics.

Michelle is host of the Empowered by AI podcast, where she spotlights women entrepreneurs and leaders in AI. Her work connects human-centered data practices with accessible AI education for non-technical leaders.

Across her work, Michelle helps learners develop confident, practical skills with emerging technologies, making AI easier to teach and use responsibly.

How do I become a Certified AI Educator

You become a Certified AI Educator through this six-week certification program for women already teaching, speaking, and facilitating on AI. The program gives you the credential, the curriculum, and a faculty of women shaping how their fields learn AI. You earn it by completing the modules and teaching your demonstration lesson.

What does the credential certify

The Certified AI Educator credential signifies that a graduate has completed the She Leads AI Academy certification program in AI education — covering pedagogy, curriculum design, applied AI use, ethics, and community-grounded teaching practice. The credential is conferred by She Leads AI.

What is the weekly time commitment

Plan on a ninety-minute live module session and an hour of office hours with faculty every week, plus a few hours of applied coursework. The program runs six weeks.

How big are the cohorts

Cohorts are intentionally small — small enough that faculty know what you are working on and that the community that forms inside the cohort carries forward after the program ends.

Are there payment plans, and do members save

Yes. The program can be paid in one, two, or three installments. Annual members pay $2,700 rather than $2,997 by applying their member discount code at checkout, and bundling with the AI Consulting Accelerator saves $1,000.
