What the Lab Is

She Leads AI Build, Launch, Scale Lab is an ongoing membership and working lab for women growing businesses in the AI era.

The Lab begins with Pamela Oberg’s Founder’s Compass Methodology. Early sessions focus on inner game and clarity before strategy, followed by storytelling and decision-making. That foundation helps you get clear about the business you are growing and the decisions that deserve your attention.

From there, the Lab moves into the practical work of the business. Sessions address your offer and positioning, sales and marketing, operations and AI workflows, visibility and relationships, then pricing and growth as those priorities become relevant.

Each week, a specific part of your business moves forward. Over time, you get clearer about what you sell and who it is for, strengthen how people find you and buy from you, and improve how you deliver the work and run the company.

Who It Is For

Women growing businesses in the AI era. Some are full-time, others are building on the side. You do not need a finished plan to come. The Lab is a place to work it through with other women doing the same.

Pamela Oberg

Pamela Oberg is Executive Director of Member Advancement at She Leads AI and creator of the Founder’s Compass Methodology, the framework the Build, Launch, Scale Lab is built on. Pamela is the founder of SeaBlue Strategies, where she helps organizations and emerging entrepreneurs align people and process around a clear purpose, for growth that lasts. She brings more than 20 years of leadership, much of it in technology, with later work across the nonprofit and education sectors, to operational strategy and the thoughtful use of AI.

Anne Murphy

Founder of She Leads AI · Faculty, Build, Launch, Scale Lab

Anne Murphy is building a movement of women in AI. As founder of She Leads AI, she has educated more than 4,000 women in responsible AI use and gathered a community of women putting it to work. A public speaker, consultant, and serial entrepreneur, she is also co-founder of MOXXEE and co-founder and CEO of Empowered Fundraiser Consulting, with 35 years in fundraising and more than $10 billion in campaigns. She is co-author of the Framework for Responsible AI in Fundraising and co-host of The Daily AI Show.
