Payment plan enrollment closes July 18, 2026, all installments are complete by September 18, 2026, and you’re added to Whova once your final payment clears. The conference runs October 16–18, 2026, with the Co-Conspirators’ Breakfast as a Monday, October 19 add-on.

Yes. A one-time, non-refundable $49 Payment Plan Fee is added to your total and divided equally across your three payments — you are not charged separately for it at checkout.
No. CREATE absorbs all Stripe credit card processing fees for payment plan registrations. The amounts shown are exactly what you pay.
Payment #1 is charged at checkout. Payment #2 is charged 30 days later. Payment #3 is charged 30 days after that. You will receive email receipts for each charge automatically.
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification and have 7 days to update your payment method. Accounts more than 14 days overdue may have their registration cancelled without refund.
Yes. You can update your card information at any time. Instructions are included in your payment confirmation email, or contact CREATE Registration Support directly.
The last day to enroll in a payment plan is July 18, 2026. All installments must be paid in full by September 18, 2026.
You’ll be added to Whova and granted full event access once your final payment has cleared, so every registrant in the system is a confirmed, fully paid attendee.
Payment plan registrations follow the same cancellation and refund policies as full-price registrations. The $49 Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, any outstanding balance remains your responsibility unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
