The She Leads AI Academy is different because it is not built around passive content. It is built around practice and proximity.
This is a high-touch academy for women already working in AI who are ready to turn their expertise into a stronger body of work and a more durable practice.
You do not complete hypothetical exercises. You build assets you can use in your own teaching or consulting work.
Each cohort includes no more than ten women. That keeps the work specific and the feedback direct.
The Academy brings together accomplished women teaching AI and building practices around it. You are repotting what you already know into stronger soil.
The Academy curriculum is developed by experienced educators and advanced AI practitioners.
Every part of the curriculum is designed to move you from concept to application. The work is tested in active teaching and consulting practice before it enters the program.
Programs are led by faculty who teach AI and consult on its adoption. You learn what is working now and how to adapt your expertise without chasing every shiny object.

You move through the modules in order, with faculty teaching live, weekly office hours for your questions, and applied coursework between modules. The glue that keeps it all together is a custom Learning Management System, so your replays, homework, artifacts, and playbooks are all handy.
Each module, taught live by faculty
Every module is taught live. The curriculum is sequenced so each module builds on the one before it, and the material is taught in depth rather than skimmed. You work through it with faculty and your cohort together.
Every week
An hour every week with faculty and your cohort. You bring your questions about the module and about your own work, and faculty answer in front of the cohort so everyone benefits from your questions and shares.
Between modules
Between modules you apply the curriculum to your own business — your offers, your pricing, the frameworks and pipeline you are developing. The coursework is rigorous and it compounds across the program, so what you develop is yours and not an invented case study.
All the way through
Your cohort works together in Mighty Networks between modules and stays connected after the program ends. You graduate into the Academy alumnae community, a powerful network of women who are also building their businesses and careers with AI.

Anne Murphy is founder of She Leads AI, an AI Academy grounded in powerful community. A responsible AI practitioner and educator advancing women in AI, she has educated more than 4,000 professionals in responsible AI use.
Anne is co-author of the Framework for Responsible AI in Fundraising and co-host of The Daily AI Show. She is also co-founder of Moxxee, an ethical, relational CRM built by fundraisers for fundraisers.
In addition to her work in AI, Anne serves as CEO of Empowered Fundraiser Consulting, with 33 years of experience and more than $10 billion in fundraising campaigns across nonprofit and higher education.

Michelle Muncy-Silva is Executive Director of the She Leads AI Academy and co-faculty for the Certified AI Educator program. The founder of Data Parity AI, she is an AI educator and curriculum designer who helps educators and institutions use AI with clarity and ethics.
Michelle is host of the Empowered by AI podcast, where she spotlights women entrepreneurs and leaders in AI. Her work connects human-centered data practices with accessible AI education for non-technical leaders.
Across her work, Michelle helps learners develop confident, practical skills with emerging technologies, making AI easier to teach and use responsibly.

This was a support system built on technology to give us access to information, so we could feel we can move through this time, and we wouldn’t have to do it alone. Every time I get stuck, if I come here, there is something available to get me unstuck.
From that talk — an hour long, talking about AI and how it can help small businesses — I booked nine appointments from that one call. I’ve done three already, and of the three, I’m doing two proposals, and one wants to sign up for a subscription to a product I licensed for the back end of the business.
