The Build, Launch, Scale Lab
The Build, Launch, Scale Lab is the Society’s newest program, led by Pamela Oberg.
The Build, Launch, Scale Lab is where women in AI move their work forward, together. Across ten live workshops led by Pamela Oberg and Anne Murphy, every session produces something you finish — from a written offer in Workshop 2 to your own AI chief of staff in Workshop 7. By the end you have moved your work forward, alongside other women doing the same. The Lab is inside the She Leads AI Society, which is $77 a month and includes everything.

About Your Host, Anne Murphy
Anne Murphy has spent 35 years as a major gift fundraiser — building fundraising operations, closing eight- and nine-figure campaigns, educating teams across industries, and nurturing early career leaders into leadership roles. Facilities projects at that scale are the superpower of her whole company, Empowered Fundraiser. She has educated more than 4,000 women in responsible AI use, serves on advisory boards for leading AI governance bodies, and collaborates with OpenAI and other high-profile organizations.
She built She Leads AI because women kept asking for the same thing — a safe space to talk about all of it. The opportunities, the risks, the existential questions about what AI means for our work, our communities, and our futures. The Society is that space.
