Pamela Oberg is faculty for the Certified AI Educator Intensive at CREATE, a full day in person on Friday, October 16, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Michelle Muncy-Silva and Anne Murphy.
The Certified AI Educator Intensive at CREATE is the Certified AI Educator credential, built around the conference for women on a mission. You have talks to give and people to educate and a business to launch.
You start with our AI Foundations Deck and make it yours, shaped to your industry, your ideal client profile, and the talk or workshop you plan to teach. You build your specialized speaker portfolio and your AI Education Business Plan. Then you spend the afternoon on demand generation with Anne and write your 90-day plan to get booked, get paid, and keep getting asked back.

- Your pitch for the talk or workshop you teach, or the business you developed

- Your AI Education Business Plan, the plan for your whole practice, assembled from all of the above
- Friday, October 9 — launch meeting, virtual. You meet your cohort and begin your Context Kit and Voice DNA with like-minded partners.
- Tuesday, October 13 — office hours, virtual.
- Friday, October 16, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM — the Intensive. A full day in person with faculty.
- October 16–18 — CREATE 2026. Three conference sessions required toward your credential.
- October 26–28 — your capstone. One hour, one on one with a faculty member, who reviews your work and awards the credential.
- Friday, October 30 — the graduation party.

Pamela Oberg is Executive Director of Member Advancement at She Leads AI and creator of the Founder’s Compass Methodology, the framework the Build, Launch, Scale Lab is built on. Pamela is the founder of SeaBlue Strategies, where she helps organizations and emerging entrepreneurs align people and process around a clear purpose, for growth that lasts. She brings more than 20 years of leadership, much of it in technology, with later work across the nonprofit and education sectors, to operational strategy and the thoughtful use of AI.
Pamela leads the Build, Launch, Scale Lab, ten live workshops where women in AI move their work forward, together. She spoke at CREATE 2025 on the Founder’s Compass for AI Startups.
