What the Lab Is

A live workshop series for women building with AI — she leaves every session with something finished.

The Build, Launch, Scale Lab is where women in AI move their work forward, together. Ten live workshops take you through the whole arc — from the first shape of a build, to launch, to scaling what works — with other women doing the same beside you the whole way.

Every session is live and worked, not lectured. You bring what you’re making, and you leave each week with the next piece done. And when life gets in the way, the full replay library is there — but the live session is where the momentum lives.

It sits inside a 24/7 community on Mighty Networks, so the conversation and the accountability don’t stop when the workshop ends.

The Ten Workshops

Each workshop is 75 minutes live over Zoom, and every one produces a working artifact she finishes during the session. We recommend the full arc — the workshops build on one another, starting with Workshop 0, a welcome kickoff where she drafts her Founder Compass. And the curriculum is built to be joined as her time allows — every replay and resource waits in the learning management system.

Pamela Oberg

Pamela Oberg

Executive Director of Member Advancement at She Leads AI.

Pamela designed the Lab, and it is built on her Founder’s Compass Methodology — drawn from her in-depth interviews with founders and from what she has lived herself.

She is the founder of SeaBlue Strategies, where she helps organizations and emerging entrepreneurs align people and process around a clear purpose, for growth that lasts. She brings more than 20 years of leadership — much of it in technology, with later work across the nonprofit and education sectors — to operational strategy and the thoughtful use of AI. Her focus is helping women grow businesses and careers with more clarity and momentum.

Anne Murphy

Anne Murphy

Founder & CEO — She Leads AI and Empowered Fundraiser Consulting.

Anne Murphy is building a movement of women in AI. As founder of She Leads AI, she has educated more than 4,000 women in responsible AI use and gathered a community of women putting it to work. A public speaker, consultant, and serial entrepreneur, she is also co-founder of Moxxee and CEO of Empowered Fundraiser Consulting, with 35 years in fundraising and more than $10 billion in campaigns. She is co-author of the Framework for Responsible AI in Fundraising and co-host of The Daily AI Show.

Do I need to know what I’m working on before I join
No. Come with what you have. Workshop 2 is built for exactly that, and Pamela works it through with you.
Do I need to attend all ten workshops
We recommend the full arc — the workshops build on one another. And the curriculum is built to be joined as your time allows, with every replay and resource waiting in the learning management system.
What is Workshop 0
The welcome kickoff — a free Open House on Wednesday, July 29 at 11:00am Pacific, and all women are welcome. You meet the women you’ll build alongside, draft your Founder Compass, and get introduced to the Personal AI Policy you’ll develop across the series.
When does the Lab meet
Wednesdays at 11:00am Pacific, live over Zoom, beginning with the Workshop 0 Open House on July 29. Every session is recorded, so the replay waits in the learning management system when life wins.
Will the sessions be recorded
Yes. Every session is recorded and transcribed, and it all lives with your workshops and artifacts in the She Leads AI learning management system.
What does it cost
The Lab is included in She Leads AI Society membership — $787 a year with 15% savings, or $77 a month. Everything the Society opens comes with it.
What if I want to go deeper after the Lab
Your artifacts add up to a full BLS portfolio — your roadmap forward, and your entry portfolio for the Certified AI Educator program or the AI Consulting Accelerator if that is where you are going.
