The Second Income Is AI · Playbook
Put a number on it
Additional monthly income that would change your options
What that income would let you do differently
By the end of this playbook, you’ll be able to set up one AI-assisted revenue process that turns knowledge you already use into additional monthly income.
Five moves, in the order Anne and Ashanti described them. Each one ends with steps you can do this week and questions that push the idea further.
You don’t need a second income that comes from another human being. You have the opportunity right now to make that additional income yourself.
Anne Murphy
The skills and the expertise and the judgment that you have are invaluable. Keep investing in yourself as the asset.

1
Start With the Expertise You Already Have
You already have expertise people seek out. The decision is which vertical and which angle. Ashanti keeps her corporate consulting practice while Unpunishable Woman grows, because it pays predictably and keeps her teaching grounded in current client work. Her test for any new AI idea is whether it grows one of the two things she knows “like the back of my hand.”
How to Do This
- 1Write down the two things you could explain at two in the morning, start to result, from memory.
- 2Under each, list who has asked you for it, what they asked, and what they were trying to fix.
- 3Pick the one with the shortest path to your first client this month.

Write it down

The vertical where people are already asking for it
The first client you will go to this month
Take It Further
- Which of your two areas would a buyer pay to have applied to her situation this quarter, and which one do you only enjoy teaching?
- What changes if you treat your current client work as the asset that funds everything else?
- If you could sell only your judgment for the next ninety days, what would the offer be?
2
Give AI Your Judgment Before It Does Any Work
Both of them get custom output because AI works through their material. Anne runs a strict brand guideline plus Fireflies transcripts and photos of her meeting notes. Ashanti organized eight years of Drive files, connected them to ChatGPT and Claude, and loaded ChatGPT with her past proposals. She thinks it through in ChatGPT and has it write a brief. Claude executes the brief. From her compliance background she loads every agent with do-not-do’s and risk checks, so it stress-tests her thinking.
How to Do This
- 1Build your Agent-Friendly Context Kit at sheleadsai.ai/context-kit/. It interviews you and writes the material your agents read before they do any work. No cost.
- 2Set your rules with the Personal AI Policy Maker at sheleadsai.ai/policy-maker/. It writes what AI may never send or promise, and the checks it runs before it shows you anything.
- 3Test with one past deal. Feed the call transcript, compare the draft to the proposal you sent, and fix the kit where it missed.

Take It Further
- Which rule from your profession would embarrass you if an agent broke it in front of a client, and is it written anywhere AI can read?
- Ashanti’s agents push back on her. What should yours refuse to agree with?
- What is in your Drive today that an agent could turn into a workshop or a paid download by Friday?
3
Run Outreach as a Process and Track the Leading Indicator
Ashanti’s lead-generation agent knows her exact decision maker, team size, and buying signals. It scans for them and ranks the results by criteria she wrote. It drafts the first email. Each morning she checks the ranking and edits the draft. Then she sends. Proposals go out the same day as the call, and a proposal you drafted this morning is easier to send. “The fortune is always in the follow-up.”
Leading vs. laggingLagging indicator — money in the door. It tells you what already happened.
Leading indicator — outreach sent. It tells you what is about to happen.
Outreach is the leading indicator. It is the one your job is to run.
How to Do This
- 1Describe your buyer in one paragraph. Title, team size, what she says on a first call, and the three signals that mean she is ready.
- 2Write five ranking criteria and give each a score.
- 3Ask your AI for ten prospects that match, scored, with a first email drafted for each in the voice from your guide.
- 4Review the ranking before you read a single draft. Fix the criteria if the top three are wrong.
- 5Send the ones that pass. Log the number sent, every day.
- 6Have AI pull every proposal you sent and never heard back on into one list. Work that list first.
Ashanti uses Town AI as the assistant that reads across all her inboxes and calendars and books her meetings. She uses ChatGPT to draft proposals from call transcripts and Claude for the operational build.

- How many outreach messages went out last week, and do you know the number without looking?
- What would your close rate be if every proposal went out the same day as the call?
- Which step of your sales process do you still do by hand because you believe only you can, and have you tested that belief?

Turn Audience Language Into a Paid Offer
Ashanti had Claude pull thirty days of comments from her social channels and analyze the questions and objections inside them. She identified a digital product that answered them, created it in ChatGPT, built the funnel in Claude, and wrote the sales page in her audience’s words. Two thousand dollars came in from that one product. A forty-nine-dollar e-book made from her existing reports did the same. Both of them were clear the number to notice is the size of the lift. Two thousand dollars a month changes a single-income household.
How to Do This
- 1Collect thirty days of comments and replies from the one platform where your buyers talk to you.
- 2Ask AI to group them by question and objection, and to quote the exact phrases people used.
- 3Pick the one concern your expertise answers fastest. Write the smallest paid product that answers it.
- 4Draft the product from your folder in ChatGPT. Have it write a brief for the sales page and checkout.
- 5Have Claude build the page from the brief, in your brand, using the audience’s phrases for the headline and the objections.
- 6Put the link in your bio the same day. Ship at eighty-five percent. Fix it after the first sale.

- What have your last hundred comments asked you that could become your next product?
- What would you charge for the answer if it had to be worth it at forty-nine dollars, and what if it had to be worth it at four hundred and ninety-seven?
- Which parts of the offer has a buyer asked for, and which are you polishing for yourself?
5
Publish the Ideas and Sell the Judgment
Ashanti separates ideas and messaging from IP. Visibility and distribution are what people respond to, and both come from publishing what you know. Anne pointed to a trust moat made of short, useful posts from a person a buyer can check. People pay for your lens on their problem and for getting them to the result faster. Platforms cost nothing and the tools cost about twenty dollars a month. “There are no more gatekeepers.” What it takes is sweat equity.
How to Do This
- 1List the ten questions clients ask you most often.
- 2Answer one per week in a short post, in plain language, from your experience. One platform, every week.
- 3Put the same ten answers into a no-cost download with your name on it.
- 4Write your paid offer as judgment applied. “I look at your [X], tell you the gap, and give you the next move.”
- 5Run it for ninety days on organic traffic. Then decide whether the gap you see is worth buying someone else’s judgment to close.

Name the fiveWrite down five specific people who are your ideal client, then five organizations you could pitch for a paid engagement. If either list will not fill, the list is the signal. Talk to humans until it does.
Say it the same way every dayWho it is for. Who you are. What you offer. On LinkedIn and on stage, the same way each time, until the people who need it can finish your sentences.
DMs are the relationship layerVoice notes and “saw your comment” notes. Tag every connection by the bucket that is useful to you so outreach stays personal. This is the soil the paid work grows in.
