The She Leads AI Academy is for women who already work in AI. Earn the Certified AI Educator credential, build an AI consulting practice, and launch your next chapter in a small cohort.
You already work in AI. The Academy is where you earn the credential and the skills to teach and consult on it, alongside a community of fellow students, faculty, practitioners, and program graduates — a cohort of women building AI businesses and careers.
The curriculum is applied and it is sequenced. You develop offers, frameworks, pricing models, and demonstration lessons as you move through the modules, and you learn the discipline behind why each one works.
Cohorts are intentionally small — small enough that faculty know what you are working on, and the community that forms inside the cohort stays with you after the program ends.
Faculty are working AI educators and consultants. Anne Murphy and Michelle Muncy-Silva teach the Certified AI Educator program; Anne leads the AI Consulting Accelerator.
The Academy curriculum is not pulled from ChatGPT and webinars. It is built by lifelong educators, Adult Learning and Development professionals, AI entrepreneurs, and AI consultants. We develop our courses with serious AI practitioners and entrepreneurs who are testing everything we teach in their own practice, so what you learn is pedagogically sound and proven by the people who teach it.

You move through the modules in order, with faculty teaching live, weekly office hours for your questions, and applied coursework between modules. A custom learning platform holds it together, so your replays, homework, artifacts, and playbooks stay in one place.

Every module is taught live. The curriculum is sequenced so each module builds on the one before it, and the material is taught in depth rather than skimmed. You work through it with faculty and your cohort together.

An hour every week with faculty and your cohort. You bring your questions about the module and about your own work, and faculty answer in front of the cohort so everyone benefits from your questions and shares.
Between modules
Between modules you apply the curriculum to your own business — your offers, your pricing, the frameworks and pipeline you are developing. The coursework is rigorous and it compounds across the program, so what you develop is yours and not an invented case study.
All the way through
Your cohort works together in Mighty Networks between modules and stays connected after the program ends. You graduate into the Academy alumnae community, a powerful network of women who are also building their businesses and careers with AI.
