# Workshop Maker v1
## Banned Words Gate — Hardwired
Before drafting or presenting any output, read the live banned list fresh. Never rely on a remembered version of it, and never state a count of how many items it holds — the list changes often and the file is the only source.
- `your-workspace\slai-skills-gallery\team\brand-enforcement\banned-items.md`
- `your-workspace\slai-skills-gallery\team\brand-enforcement\word-swaps.md`
Check every draft against the current list before it is shown. If the files cannot be read, stop and say so — never proceed on memory.
Takes any content, idea, or request and produces a complete workshop package —
from title and description through pricing, marketing plan, and follow-up
sequences. Built for Anne's content and SLAI's teaching model.
## Context Required
Read these files before running
- `slai-skills-gallery/CLAUDE.md` (brand standards, team context)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/workshop-maker/formats.md` (7 formats, when to use each)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/workshop-maker/pricing.md` (pricing architecture, SLAI context)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/workshop-maker/marketing.md` (channels, launch sequence)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/workshop-maker/conversion.md` (registration, objections, follow-up)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/workshop-maker/template.md` (output skeletons for each mode)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/brand-enforcement/banned-items.md` (brand enforcement)
- `slai-skills-gallery/team/brand-enforcement/word-swaps.md`
## Five Modes — Choose One or Run All
| Mode | Trigger | What It Produces |
|------|---------|-----------------|
| 1 — Design | Content, topic, or transcript | Workshop description + 5 title options |
| 2 — Format | Workshop concept + goals | Format recommendation with rationale |
| 3 — Price | Concept + audience + format | 3-tier pricing architecture |
| 4 — Market | Concept + launch date | 30-day marketing plan + channel strategy |
| 5 — Convert | Concept + audience | Registration page copy + email sequence + follow-up nurture |
If Anne provides raw content or a topic and no mode, ask: "Do you want me to run all five modes in sequence, or start with a specific one?"
If she provides long-form content, start with Mode 1.
---
## Mode 1 — Design
Transform long-form content or a topic into a complete workshop description.
### Steps
1. Identify what Anne has given you: long-form content (article, transcript, Gamma deck, email thread) vs. a topic or idea vs. an existing workshop that needs rewriting. The process is the same either way — adapt based on what's richest.
2. Extract or identify these six elements (TIGHT — these must all be present in the output):
- The core transformation — what shifts for the attendee from start to finish?
- The moment of highest friction the audience currently faces
- The one skill or framework that would immediately change something for them
- Who is this NOT for (generosity through exclusion — see formats.md)
- What hands-on practice is possible in the session
- What do they leave with (a tangible output, not just "inspiration")
3. Generate 5 title options. Rules for titles:
- Clarity over clever. If it takes more than 3 seconds to understand, cut it.
- No question marks
- No colons in the title (Anne's rule — this is her format, not just brand enforcement)
- Lead with the transformation or the skill, not the topic
- One of the 5 should be so plain it feels boring — that's often the one that converts best
- One should use a number ("3 Ways to...", "The 5 Decisions...")
4. Write the workshop description (LOOSE — match the session's energy and Anne's voice). Structure:
- Opening line: speaks to the friction or desire (second-person, "you" first — not "in this workshop")
- 2-3 sentences on what participants will do and experience
- 3 learning outcomes written as "You'll [action verb]..." not "Participants will learn..."
- One sentence on who this is for (using SLAI-approved audience language)
- Format + timing information
- CTA line
5. Run brand enforcement before presenting. Check against banned-items.md.
6. Present all 5 titles, then the full description, then ask which title Anne prefers.
---
## Mode 2 — Format
Recommend the right delivery format for this workshop. Read formats.md before proceeding.
### Steps
1. Ask (if not already provided): Is this a one-time session or something you want to run repeatedly? What's the audience size you're imagining? Is there a revenue target or a relationship-building goal?
2. Score each of the 7 formats against: audience fit, Anne's capacity, revenue potential, and relationship depth. You don't need to show the scoring — use it to surface the right recommendation.
3. Present one primary recommendation with a clear rationale, plus one alternative. Do not present all 7.
4. Include one tactical detail that's often missed for the recommended format (setup, tech, timing, pricing implication).
---
## Mode 3 — Price
Build a 3-tier pricing architecture for this workshop. Read pricing.md before proceeding.
### Steps
1. Identify: Is this a lead-generation offer (low/free, goal is relationship), a revenue offer (goal is income), or a premium offer (goal is selectivity + transformation)? Anne may not know yet — offer a quick diagnostic if unclear.
2. Build three tiers using the pricing.md architecture. Each tier has a name, price, what's included, and the audience it serves.
3. Call out the SLAI ecosystem path — where does this workshop lead? AI Academy? ACA? CREATE? Social Saturday testing ground? The pricing should reflect where this fits in the broader offer stack.
4. Flag any friction points — if the price point suggests a longer sales cycle, note it. If it's a stretch for the current list, say so.
---
## Mode 4 — Market
Build a 30-day marketing plan for this workshop. Read marketing.md before proceeding.
### Steps
1. Identify launch date and today's date. Back-calculate the 30-day window. Flag if the timeline is short — under 2 weeks is a sprint, not a launch.
2. Build the channel sequence (from marketing.md) adapted to this specific workshop's audience. Not all channels for every workshop.
3. Map content to the four phases: Awareness (days 1–10), Social Proof (days 11–18), Urgency (days 19–25), and Last Chance (days 26–30). Assign who creates what and when.
4. Write the core marketing hook — the one sentence that appears in every promo touchpoint. This is different from the workshop title. It's the answer to "why now, why this, why Anne."
5. Identify 2-3 co-promotion opportunities specific to this topic — partners, aligned communities, relevant events. Do not invent partnerships. Only suggest people/communities already in Anne's network or clearly reachable via SLAI's channels.
---
## Mode 5 — Convert
Build the full conversion package for registration and follow-up. Read conversion.md before proceeding.
### Steps
1. Write the registration page copy using the output template in template.md. Sections: headline, subhead, problem paragraph, outcomes, format details, about Anne (2-3 sentences, understated), FAQs (3 max), CTA button copy.
2. Write the pre-registration email sequence (3 emails): Announce, Deepen (proof point or story), Last chance. Each email is under 200 words. Subject lines that don't start with "I" or include the word "exciting."
3. Write the 3-email post-registration sequence: Confirmation + logistics, Day-before reminder, Post-event follow-up with next step. The post-event email is the most important — it drives the next action in Anne's ecosystem.
4. Write 3 objection responses for the most common hesitations for this type of offer. Pull from conversion.md for the objection library.
5. Run brand enforcement on all copy before presenting.
---
## Gotchas
I know you'll want to write a workshop description that sounds like every other AI workshop description — don't. The phrase "in today's rapidly changing landscape" is a firing offense. Start with the audience's actual frustration, not the environment.
I know you'll want to write learning outcomes as "participants will understand X" — don't. "You'll understand" is not an outcome. "You'll leave with a working [deliverable]" is an outcome. Verbs: build, map, write, decide, evaluate, test, design.
I know you'll want to position Anne as the teacher and the audience as students — don't. The audience-is-already-leading rule is absolute here. Anne's workshops meet practitioners where they are.
I know you'll want to use the word "room" anywhere in copy — don't. Banned.
I know you'll want to generate a price based on "what the market charges" without grounding it in Anne's ecosystem — don't. Read pricing.md. The right price for a SLAI workshop is not what Udemy says.
I know you'll want to write a marketing plan that lists every channel — don't. Anne cannot execute 10 channels at once. Pick 3. More is not better.
I know you'll want to send the follow-up email immediately — don't. Post-event follow-up goes out 24 hours later, not immediately after the session ends.
I know you'll want to write the CTA as "Sign up now" or "Register here" — don't. CTAs for SLAI events use "Gather With Us." For consulting-forward workshops, use a more direct action phrase tied to the transformation ("Get Your Roadmap," "Claim Your Seat").
I know you'll want to include the word "just" as in "just 90 minutes" — don't. "Just" undersells.
I know you'll want to write an FAQ that says "What if I can't attend live?" before Anne has decided on recording policy — don't. Ask Anne first.
I know you'll want to guess at Social Saturday integration without checking the calendar — don't. Ask Anne if this is a one-time offer or something she's testing at SS first.
Add to this list as failures surface.
## Constraints
- Brand enforcement runs before output is shown in every mode. No exceptions.
- No colons in headings or list items in any output
- Audience-is-already-leading — never position the attendee as a beginner unless they explicitly said so
- "Gather With Us" is the approved CTA for open SLAI events
- Never surface attendance numbers in marketing copy
- All external-facing content gets the footer: © [year] She Leads AI | hello@sheleadsai.ai
- "Exciting" is banned (in conversion.md objection library and banned-items.md)
- Do not invent program names, badge labels, or cohort names that don't exist
- Do not assign a launch date without confirming with Anne
- Never use "just" to minimize the time commitment or price
## Check-Ins
After Mode 1 runs, ask
- Which title feels closest to right? What's off about the others?
- Did the description capture the actual transformation, or does it sound generic?
- Is there content you gave me that I didn't use?
After Mode 3 runs, ask
- Does the middle tier feel right for your current list, or is it a stretch?
- Where do you want this workshop to lead in your ecosystem?
Before wrapping up, ask
- Any failure patterns to add to gotchas?
- Do you want to test any of this content at Social Saturday before committing to a full launch?
- What else can I take off your plate?
